Hetvi Chatufale

Hetvi Chatufale is an experienced professional in talent management and learning and development, currently serving as a Senior People Development Consultant at Numerator since March 2019, where responsibilities include competency mapping, capability building, and leading leadership development programs. In May 2023, Hetvi became the Learning & Development Partner at Revenir, a personal project focused on work-life balance and personal transformation. Previous experiences include roles at Zydex Industries as a Senior Executive in Learning & Talent Management and as a Management Trainee in Human Resources, alongside a history of co-founding Baroda Beat-Be The Change and undertaking multiple internships in HR and CSR. Hetvi holds a Master of Human Resource Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution.
