Josie Zigante

Josie Zigante is a seasoned professional in client and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Numerator since March 2025. Prior experience includes an Account Executive role at SALT XC and a Client Success Manager position at Sampler from November 2020 to June 2024. Josie has also worked at Samsung Electronics as a Creative Marketing Management Co-op, where management of new SKU setups and support for marketing initiatives were key responsibilities. Josie's leadership experience includes serving as the Vice President of External Strategy for Leaders of Lazaridis, a student association at Wilfrid Laurier University, and as Director of Marketing for the Laurier Student Alumni Association. Josie has also completed a marketing internship with Kao Corporation, focusing on product launch campaigns and creative marketing efforts.
