Katrina Chen is a seasoned data science professional with a robust background in data analysis and human resources systems. Currently serving as a Senior Data Science Analyst at Numerator since October 2018, Katrina has been instrumental in enhancing data quality, developing client-focused solutions, and launching innovative products like the Canada Insights Product. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Warehouse Analyst for the City of Syracuse, a Smart City Summer Fellow for the City of Hillsboro, and various HR-related positions, showcasing expertise in data integrity and operational efficiency. Katrina holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Information Management from Syracuse University and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago.
