Manish Virat

Manish Virat has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and management. Manish is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Numerator since 2020. Previously, they held the role of Staff Engineer at VMware from 2017 to 2020, where they were responsible for the development of the Collector module of vRealize Network Insight product and led customer success efforts. Prior to that, Manish worked as an Engineering Manager at ADP from 2014 to 2017, where they implemented advanced Agile/Lean development methodologies and provided transformational leadership for high-performing teams. Manish also served as a Technical Manager at eGain Corporation from 2013 to 2014, where they were responsible for ensuring worldwide quality of deliverables and providing technical directions. Additionally, they worked as a Project Lead at UnitedHealth Group from 2009 to 2010, providing support and maintenance for a claim adjudication engine/application. Manish began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Infosys Technologies Limited from 2004 to 2009, where they designed and developed SOA based middle-ware systems for various clients.

Manish Virat graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2003 with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2019, they obtained additional certifications in Negotiation Strategies from ISB Executive Education and in Cultivating an Innovation Mindset from IIM Bangalore - Executive Programmes.
