Sarah Roda has extensive experience in customer success and client services, currently serving as Sr. Director Customer Success Enablement and previously as Senior Director Customer Support at Numerator since September 2015. In these roles, Sarah Roda leads a global support team focused on enhancing the customer experience and fostering career development for associates. Prior to Numerator, Sarah Roda held multiple positions at ECRM from January 2007 to September 2015, including Director of Client Service and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities involved providing solutions for leading CPG organizations and engaging potential clients in the MarketGate software.
