Stephanie Solera

Stephanie Solera is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Numerator since October 2019, Stephanie has been instrumental in negotiating commercial agreements across various business lines and establishing a thorough process for assessing privacy risks. Prior to Numerator, Stephanie held the position of Chief of Staff at Rise Interactive, where management of strategic projects and leadership of the company's first Diversity & Inclusion initiative were key responsibilities. Stephanie also served as Associate Director, Counsel at Rise, negotiating numerous contracts and advising on compliance matters. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant General Counsel for Chicago Public Schools, focusing on technology and intellectual property transactions. Stephanie holds a BA in German from Northwestern University and a JD from DePaul University College of Law, where an Intellectual Property Certificate was earned.
