Donna Tedesco Kauffmann

Donna Tedesco Kauffmann is responsible for the NCS Field Consultants, the Help Desk and Customer Service.

Ms. Kauffmann started her career as an operator and technical writer at Hell Graphics Systems. She joined NCS in 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility including Programmer, Technical Writer, Customer Support Manager, Application Consultant and Project Manager. She has managed some of the largest customer implementations at NCS. Ms. Kauffmann was named to her current position in 2003.

Ms. Kauffmann holds an associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Farmingdale and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College.
