Matthew Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in the field of programming and IT management. Matthew started their career at the Florida Department of Children and Families, where they worked as a Web Programmer and Operations and Management Consultant Manager. During this time, they developed web applications using ColdFusion and ASP, and also played a role in creating the department's strategic plan and performance metrics.
Matthew then moved on to the Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation, where they worked as a Project Manager and Programmer. Their responsibilities included developing ASP.NET C# applications with SQL Server databases, program replacement applications, and maintaining existing applications.
Matthew also worked at Vitaver & Associates, Inc as a Project Manager and Programmer, where they were involved in developing ASP.NET applications and maintaining legacy systems.
Their next job was at GRUMA, where they held multiple roles. Matthew started as a Mission Online Administrator and Programmer, responsible for maintaining and creating modules for a web system. Matthew later became the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Manager, where they revamped the EDI department to increase automation. Matthew also worked on continuous improvement projects, building data cubes and analyzing data, as well as supporting and building new C# .NET web applications.
Most recently, Matthew worked at Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. Matthew started as a Sr. Mobility Programmer, and later took on the role of Sr. Programmer and Acting CTO. In this position, they were responsible for programming and steering the development of web and mobile applications using C# .NET Core, Angular, and Xamarin Forms.
