Nurullah Saglar is a Principal Engineer, PE, PMP with 17 years of experience in U.S. offshore oil and gas production systems and offshore wind farm projects. They have a strong background in both conceptual and detailed design studies, as well as project planning and execution, having successfully managed multidisciplinary teams in complex offshore energy projects. Nurullah's expertise includes structural and mechanical systems, particularly in deepwater offshore risers and pipeline systems. They hold a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bogazici University. Currently, Nurullah oversees contractor activities for Oxy’s offshore subsea riser life extension projects at Numeric Engineering Inc.
