Deeksha Ranganathan

Deeksha Ranganathan has a diverse work experience. Deeksha started their career at McKinsey as a Business Presentation Specialist in June 2017 and worked there until December 2020. After that, they joined Deloitte as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from June 2021 to December 2021. Following that, they worked at M2P Fintech as a Lead - People Experience from December 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they are working at Numeric Technologies as a Manager Strategic Accounts starting from January 2023.

Deeksha Ranganathan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in corporate secretaryship from GRD School of Commerce and International Business (GRDSCIB) from 2014 to 2017. Deeksha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Pondicherry University from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Deeksha Ranganathan obtained a certification in "Excel: Introduction to Formatting" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
