K resolved customer issues and demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. After that, they worked at Premier IT Solutions as an IT Recruiter, where they managed the recruitment life cycle, collaborated with direct clients and implementation partners, and worked with a variety of tax terms. K then joined VEDICSOFT as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on full life cycle recruitment and working with both direct clients and third-party vendors. Finally, they worked at Numeric Technologies Inc as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT staffing. K was responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, primarily focusing on domestic staffing and supporting US staffing. K placed candidates in various IT positions and had expertise in screening and headhunting based on client needs.
