Thomas Wilkinson is a skilled Research Scientist at Numerica Corporation, specializing in algorithm design and implementation for multi-sensor track fusion. Since January 2022, Thomas has contributed to key projects, including the development of the BStAR algorithm and its integration into the MHC algorithm within the C2BMC suite of the BMDS.
