Anujot Deol

Anujot Deol serves as the Human Resources Director and Global HR Business Partner at Numerix since April 2023, following the company's acquisition of FINCAD. Prior to this role, Anujot progressed through various HR positions at FINCAD, starting as HR Manager and advancing to Senior Manager, HRBP during the transition to Zafin Labs. Anujot co-created and co-facilitates "Kitchen Table HR," a collaborative platform focused on discussing the intersection of professional and personal experiences in HR. With extensive experience as an HR Consultant at Deol HR Consulting and as an HR Business Partner at Dassault Systèmes and Honeywell Process Solutions, Anujot has a strong background in strategic HR partnership, organizational change management, and business integration. Anujot holds a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Alberta and is a certified CPHR.
