Baron Canon

Baron Canon, CMT, is an experienced executive in product management and business development, currently serving as VP of Product Management at Numerix since March 2014. In this role, Baron leads the Client Solutions Group, collaborating closely with customers, sales, and development to direct product strategy and enhance the Numerix product suite. Prior positions include Head of Business Development at WestClinTech and various roles at Misys, culminating in the position of Global Product Manager for Opics Plus, where Baron managed strategic budgets, product positioning, and risk management solutions. Baron’s earlier career includes roles at The Frustum Group, Canon Investment Corp., Millennium Partners, and Merrill Lynch. Baron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Texas, earned between 1984 and 1988.
