Eric Peng

Eric Peng, MMF, CFA, is a seasoned professional in quantitative analytics with extensive experience in the finance industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Core Analytics at Numerix since April 2023, Eric has previously held the same title at FINCAD from June 2011 to March 2023, where leadership encompassed the development and delivery of core quantitative analytics products. Earlier roles at FINCAD include Head of Core Analytics and various managerial positions in quantitative research. Eric's career also includes experience at Manulife as a Senior Analyst focused on model vetting, and a brief internship at CPP Investments assisting in the development of security selection models. Eric holds a Master of Mathematical Finance from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of British Columbia.
