Sr. Manager of Education and Sales Enablement at Numetric

Greg Olsen has had a varied and successful career in the field of education and sales enablement. Greg started their career in 2008 as a Corporate Trainer at Tahitian Noni International, where they were responsible for developing and delivering internal training for the corporate call center and offices around the world. Greg then moved to Morinda, Inc. (formerly Tahitian Noni International) in 2013, where they were Manager of IPC Training and Development, responsible for the development and implementation of all outward facing corporate training. In 2013 they also began working at Vivint Solar as an Instructional Designer, where they were responsible for integrating all of the company's training opportunities into their LMS. In 2014 they moved to Vivint Smart Home as Training Content Development Manager, where they led a team of Instructional Designers and Knowledge Administrators to develop, implement, and track the progress of online training materials company-wide. Finally, in 2017 they began working at Numetric as Sr. Manager of Education and Sales Enablement, where they are responsible for creating and implementing all customer-facing support and product release documentation, including knowledge base administration, as well as developing all internal support and training documentation.

Greg Olsen obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a History degree from Utah Valley University in Secondary Education and Teaching between 2007 and 2013.
