Benjamin SICARD

Benjamin Sicard has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data architecture and analytics. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Information Systems Architecture consultant at Wavestone. Then, in 2015, they joined SynerTrade as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where they provided consulting, training, and support for QlikView and QlikSense BI solutions.

In 2018, Benjamin joined Ekimetrics as a Senior Consultant in Data Engineering and BI. In this role, they assisted clients in building data infrastructure and analytical capabilities. Benjamin worked on projects involving cloud data infrastructure setup, data modeling, loading, transformation, and scoring processes.

Later, in 2022, Benjamin became a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer in an undisclosed company. Here, they utilized their expertise in data engineering and analytics to support the company's data initiatives.

Currently, Benjamin is working as a Lead Data Architect at Fipto, a company specializing in payment solutions that leverage blockchain technologies. In this role, they collaborate with various teams to design and implement secure and compliant data storage solutions using modern data stack technologies.

Throughout their career, Benjamin Sicard has demonstrated their ability to work on all aspects of BI projects, including requirements gathering, specifications writing, data modeling, solution development, implementation, user training, and change management.

Benjamin Sicard began their education journey in 2007 at Lycée Paul Melizan, where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique in 2010. Benjamin then attended Lycée Thiers from 2010 to 2012, pursuing a CPGE - PC (Physique-Chimie) degree. In 2013, they enrolled at CY Tech and graduated in 2015 with a degree in Engineering, specializing in Business Intelligence. Continuing their professional development, Benjamin obtained certifications such as the Certification Voltaire in 2013, TOEIC in 2014, and Label HandiManager in 2014. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended Primaveras and acquired a Certification en agilité professionnelle.
