Arjun Appaji

Arjun Appaji has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Arjun began their career as an Assistant Coach at St. Joseph's Indian High School, where they trained younger students during the summer vacation and was trained by SAI for 3 years during school time. In 2009, they became an Application Engineer at iFuture Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted market research, made regular calls to target companies, and provided instant solutions for their products in inspection. In 2011, they joined Lucid Imaging Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Engineer, taking care of the sales with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets and growth. Arjun then moved to Micrologic Integrated Systems Pvt Ltd in 2014, where they maintained existing accounts and prepared quotations and timelines based on different project ideas. Later that same year, they began working at Elegance Sports Academy as a Partner & Business Development, where they generated and developed new clients and negotiated with them for securing profitable business. In 2015, Arjun Appaji joined Azuga, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, where they led the development of Jira projects, created program charters for sales, and analyzed scope of projects based on competitive analysis. In 2018, they became a Business Development Manager (Account Manager) at MicroGenesis Techsoft Pvt. Ltd., where they provided solutions to client organizations on the current trends in the IT sector and handled multiple digital accounts. In 2021, they joined nexarc as a Cluster Manager, where they led the hiring, recruiting, and training of the team for going live, analyzed and reported revenue, business trends, and employee statistics on a weekly and monthly basis, and was accountable for account mining/farming, strategy planning, due diligence, negotiation, and closure. Arjun Appaji is currently a Customer Project Manager at Numocity, a role they began in 2022.

Arjun Appaji's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Global Academy Of Technology from 2005 to 2009, a Pre University from Vijaya College from 2003 to 2005, and a High School from St. Josephs Indian High School from 2000 to 2003. Arjun has also obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Google in June 2022, Foundations of Project Management, Project Execution, Project Initiation, and Project Planning from Google in May 2022, Tata Code of Conduct from TCS iON in September 2021, Atlassian Accredidation: Sales, Marketing & Operations Professional from Atlassian Solutions in August 2018, and a Sports Trainer from Sports Authority of India.
