James Ridge

James Ridge, MBA, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. James started their career as a Registered Nurse at Carroll Hospital in 1997 and worked there for ten years. During their tenure, they held various roles, including Shift Coordinator and Clinical Manager of the Critical Care Unit. In 2014, they became the Executive Director of Cardiovascular and Diagnostic Imaging Service Lines at Carroll Hospital, a position they held until 2019.

After their time at Carroll Hospital, Ridge joined Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for two years. Following that, they worked at DaVita Kidney Care as a Group Facility Administrator. In 2023, they joined LHC Group as the Director of Clinical Operations.

Currently, Ridge is working at Numotion as the Director of Operations. James holds an MBA and BSN degree, demonstrating their commitment to furthering their education and expertise in the healthcare field.

James Ridge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, completed from 2014 to 2016. James also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Maryland Baltimore, completed from 1995 to 1997. In addition, they hold certifications as a Six Sigma Champion Certified and a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute, obtained in 2017.
