Michelle Salt, PLY, is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in mobility, accessibility, and motivational speaking. With a notable background as an Assistive Technology Professional at Numotion since February 2025 and as a Mobility and Accessibility Consultant at Motion from 2019 to 2021, Michelle has also gained recognition as a motivational speaker since August 2012, using personal experiences from a life-threatening motorcycle accident in 2011 to inspire others.
