Chaney Lum

Chaney Lum has a diverse work experience that includes roles in technology, customer service, and education. They most recently worked as a Field Services Engineer II at NuMSP starting in February 2019. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Associate at 2nd & Charles from August 2017 to October 2018. They also worked as a Technical Product Support Specialist at Wolters Kluwer Health from August 2015 to August 2016, providing troubleshooting and training for their online learning platform. Before that, Chaney was a Computer Technician at Frostburg State University from August 2014 to June 2015, handling IT maintenance and troubleshooting for the university's computers and networking equipment.
