Richard Grey

Richard Grey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Richard started their career as a Healthcare Administrator at LaGuardia Medical Group, PC in 1990. Richard then served as a Call Center Manager at Health Insurance Plan Of Great from 1993 to 1995.

In 1995, Grey became the Chief Information Officer at OGILVY CORP. where they developed and supported the IT strategy for the international public relations company. Richard managed a large budget and a team of professionals across multiple offices.

Grey joined Computer Services Group, Inc in 1999 as the General Manager, Operations. In this role, they managed the in-house service department and implemented customer service improvements. Richard also developed skills development programs for technicians.

From 2001 to 2007, Grey held the position of Director Of Technology at Buccellati, where they managed all technology and support projects in multiple countries. Richard established strategic direction for technology needs and managed relationships with sales, vendors, and IT consulting firms.

From 2007 to 2012, Grey served as a Business Technology Principal at RTGREY CONSULTANTS, INC., where they developed client IT departments and implemented technology solutions aligned with client objectives. Richard also coordinated customized training for client executives and implemented technology security policies.

Grey joined IDENTAZONE, INC. as the Vice President - Business Opportunities from 2008 to 2010, where they conducted client assessments and analysis to determine optimal biometric security solutions. Richard also created technology solutions and analyzed opportunities for utilizing biometric security.

In 2012, Grey became the Vice President of Operations at Computer Services Group, Inc. Richard managed an in-house service team and built client retention and referral programs. Richard also expanded the client base and increased recurring support services income.

Most recently, Grey has been working at NuMSP since 2017 as the Director Of Operations. In this role, they developed a business model to create and build a national Managed Services Provider. Richard integrated acquisitions and created an infrastructure including marketing strategy, sales team, and support team.

Richard Grey has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
