David Casey

David Casey serves as CEO for both Funding the Commons and Earth Commons, leading initiatives focused on sustainable public goods funding and climate entrepreneurship. With experience as a Celo Scout, Contributor, and Founder of ReSource, David has a strong background in blockchain technology and under-collateralized business credit. As a Strategic Advisor for NuMundo, David enhances transformational travel experiences, while also advising HYPHEN GLOBAL AG, Gane Mobile, and ValuesCo on innovative solutions for climate data, mobile connectivity, and creator-driven economies. Previously, David held the role of Director for Funding the Commons at Protocol Labs and was a Founding Facilitator for the Impact Leaders Club, promoting social and environmental impact. An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, David holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy, Global Poverty & Practice, and Middle Eastern Studies.
