Derick Choi

Derick Choi has worked in a variety of roles in the legal industry since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as an Intern at the Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office. Derick then moved on to become a Trademarks Intern at The Law Office of Herbert T. Patty in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Legal Intern at Palo Alto Networks. In 2016, they were a Legal Contracts Specialist at BlackRock. In 2017, they worked as a Contracts Specialist at A^3 by Airbus and an Associate Contracts Manager at Genentech. In 2018, they became a Contracts Manager at AppDirect. In 2019, they were a Sr. Contracts Manager at Hearsay Systems. In 2020, they were a Contracts Manager at Wish. Currently, they are a Senior Contracts Manager at Nuna Inc.

Derick Choi obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Santa Clara University. Derick is also a Licensed Attorney in the State of California, certified by the State Bar of California, and a Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
