Joseph Knell

Joseph Knell has a wealth of experience in product training and education. Joseph began their career in 2008 as a Training and Implementation Specialist at Rauland-Borg, where they conducted IT training on hardware and software functionality, worked with staff and managers to improve performance and productivity, and conducted comprehensive needs analysis to identify areas of improvement. In 2011, they moved to Honeywell as a Lead Training and Implementation Specialist, leading training programs for high-profile projects, coaching staff on the use of complex software tools, and achieving 100% staff documentation compliance. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an English Professor at IMCI Languages Instituto Multi-Cultural de Idiomas, A.C., leading English language instruction for internationally accredited programs and teaching children, adults, and business professionals. Joseph then joined Evolent Health in 2017 as a Senior Training Specialist, where they championed product and IT training to boost software solutions and management systems for business professionals, collaborated with product and technical partners to launch upgrades and product enhancements, and spearheaded the complete migration of training curricula after acquisition. In 2021, they began working at Nuna Inc. as a Product Training and Education Specialist.

Joseph Knell has a Bachelor of Science from Hermann College. Joseph obtained their Certification in Voice Technology from Honeywell in 2011, their Certification in Responder 5 Configuration from Rauland in 2008, their Certification in Cambridge, Oxford, Pearson and Amco English Language Education Systems from IMCI Languges Instituto Multicultural de Idiomas between 2013 and 2016, their Certification in English Teaching from Universidad de Guadalajara in 2005, their Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Vancouver Language Center in 2004, their Certification in Management Training from Zenger Miller - Frontline Management Training, their Certification in Medical & Conversational Spanish from Instituto Cervantes, and their Certification in EHR/EMR - (Epic, Meditech) from Thorek Memorial Hospital.
