Misty L. has over 18 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Misty began their career in 2003 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Volt Technical, where they also held the role of Onsite Program Manager: Harte-Hanks and Payroll Administrator. In 2012, they moved to Lucas Group as a Sr. Executive Search Consultant, where they specialized in Aerospace roles from mid-level management to C-Level Executives. In 2013, they joined Google as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for Talent Advisor roles, full life cycle recruiting, diversity & inclusion advocacy, and mentoring and training Nooglers. Most recently, in 2021, Misty L. joined Nuna Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter.

Misty L. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from Chapman University between 2004 and 2008. Misty then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University between 2009 and 2010.
