Rene Lopez has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. Rene began their career as an EMT at Royal Ambulance in 2018, followed by a role as a Medical Assistant at Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in 2019. In 2020, they were a Network & System Administrator Intern at Acuitus, Inc. In 2021, they worked as a Network Support Analyst at Cisco, Service Desk at Guardant Health, and Software Developer at Catalyte. Currently, they are an IT Operations Specialist at Nuna Inc.

Rene Lopez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
