The 'Nuoi Em' project, spearheaded by the 'Niem Tin' volunteer group in Vietnam, aligns with the UN's 17 sustainable development goals. We address the issue of the lack of a nutritious lunch among ethnic minority students in remote areas of Vietnam, which impacts school attendance. Utilizing digital technology, each child is paired with a foster parent, establishing a transparent and sustainable model that involves various stakeholders.

We have successfully replicated our scalable model across 18 provinces in Vietnam. This expansion has been made possible with the direct involvement of 13 youth volunteer teams from various localities. In 2022, we broadened our horizons beyond Vietnam and implemented our initiatives in Cambodia and Kenya. 

The project plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of lunch meals for students and improving their physical health. We also serve as an incentive for parents to ensure regular school attendance for their children. Moreover, we provide significant support to the education sector in challenging mountainous regions by alleviating the pressures faced by teachers in maintaining regular student attendance.

In addition, the scope of the ‘Nuoi Em’ ecosystem extends beyond merely providing lunch. Our ecosystem collaborates with various entities to expand a range of support programs aimed at fostering educational development in highland areas. These initiatives include the:
