René Metsch is currently the Head of Accounting R2R Netherlands at Vattenfall, having previously held the position of Head of Accounting at Nuon. They have extensive experience in accounting, having worked at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Accountant and at Grant Thornton as a Senior Assistant Accountant. Furthermore, they served as a Team Leader at BDO and as an Interim Manager at ABIN accountants en adviseurs. René holds an AA degree in Accountant-Administratieconsulent from Hogeschool Markus Verbeek, which they completed in 2002.
