Susannah Winter

Susannah Winter is an accomplished operational leader specializing in transformation and performance improvement. They currently serve as the Head of Operations at the National Unplanned Pregnancy Advisory Service (NUPAS) and have previously held the position of Director of Operations at LCW, where they led initiatives in unscheduled care. Susannah has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked as the Head of Integrated Urgent Care and Head of Unscheduled Care at HUC Healthcare, as well as a Primary Care Operations Manager at the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Their educational journey began at Sharnbrook Upper School, where they are currently enrolled.
