Bayan Alomar

Bayan Alomar has extensive experience in risk management, having held various roles in different organizations. Bayan is currently working as the Risk Management Director at the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Risk Management Director at the Digital Government Authority from March 2022 to May 2023. Bayan also worked as the Risk Management Manager at GASCO, National Gas & Industrialization Company from August 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they held the positions of ERM Manager and Risk Management Specialist at SAUDI PAYMENTS from November 2018 to August 2021, and from October 2016 to October 2018 respectively. Bayan started their career as a Risk Analyst in Enterprise Risk Management at SABIC from February 2015 to September 2016.

Bayan Alomar attended King Saud University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various areas. These certifications include the Leading for Results Programme from INSEAD Executive Education in September 2022, the ISO 31000 Advanced Lead Risk Manager from BSI in October 2020, the ICA Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association in March 2020, the Certified in Quantitative Risk Management (CQRM) from the International Institute of Professional Education and Research (IIPER) in December 2019, the GRC Professional (GRCP) from OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group) in September 2018, and the Fundamental of Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management in April 2016.
