Omar Bindukhyil

Omar Bindukhyil is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and improving staff performance. They served as Human Resources Supervisor at Real Business from 2020 to 2022, where they managed employee selection processes and participated in the opening of new branches. Prior to that, Omar held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Java Time from 2018 to 2019, conducting recruitment interviews and overseeing payroll. Currently, they are the Talent Development Section Head at the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" and have also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Fisheye - Executive Search.
