Nigel MacDonald is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over 15 years, currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator and previously as an IT Systems Analyst at Nureva Inc. since August 2015. Prior experience includes a role as a System Administrator at SMART Technologies from September 2007 to July 2015, where Nigel managed VMware, Azure, AWS, Commvault, Active Directory, and Office 365 administrations. As a Team Lead for Deskside Support, Nigel oversaw a team of 8 technicians, ensuring the effective management of employee computer systems and equipment.
