Jun Ma

Jun Ma, PhD has a diverse work experience in various research and scientific roles. Jun started their career as a Research Associate at Cedars-Sinai in 2006 and worked there until 2008. After that, they served as a Laboratory Instructor at the University of San Francisco from 2016 to 2017. In 2014, Jun Ma joined the University of California, San Francisco as a Postdoctoral Researcher and remained there until 2018. Following this, they worked at Assembly Biosciences, Inc. from 2017 to 2021, progressing from Scientist I to Senior Scientist. Currently, Jun Ma is employed at Nurix Therapeutics, where they have held positions as Scientist II, Senior Scientist, and now serves as Senior Scientist Project Lead since 2022.

Jun Ma, PhD holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from UCLA. They later pursued further education and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
