John Kling

John Kling is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and autonomous vehicle sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Vehicle Engineering at Nuro since January 2022, Kling focuses on advancing robotics for improved local delivery solutions. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Faraday Future and R&D Director at Zero Motorcycles Inc. Kling has also contributed significantly to American Honda Motor Company, Inc., where responsibilities spanned engineering, project management, and parts and service operations support. Additional experience includes managerial and engineering positions at Toyota Racing Development USA, Hyundai America Technical Center, and Isuzu Technical Center of America. Education includes a degree from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 1985 and 1989.
