Sterling Ginger, MBA, is a Senior Manager in Revenue Operations, currently leading the AR, Billing, and Cash Management functions at Nursa. They design and optimize order-to-cash processes for SaaS and healthcare organizations, focusing on reducing DSO and improving billing accuracy. Previously, Sterling held roles at Rakuten, FIJI Water, CHG Healthcare, and thyssenkrupp Elevator, where they managed accounts receivable and billing operations. They are currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Risk Management and Compliance at the University of Houston-Victoria, bridging financial operations with legal strategy for scalable and compliant growth.
