Benjamin Foster

Benjamin Foster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin currently serves as the CEO and Founder of Nurseify, an on-demand app for nurses and nursing students to connect with healthcare facilities. Prior to this, Benjamin was the President of IMC Culture, a talent management and organizational effectiveness consulting division.

From 2016 to 2020, Benjamin worked as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Gulf Coast Division. Before that, they held the role of Director at ScottMadden, Inc., where they led a HR transformation project for a Fortune 100 healthcare company.

Benjamin's earlier experience includes their role as the Physical Distribution Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company from 2002 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has focused on implementing innovative HR strategies, building effective teams, and creating cultures that foster inclusivity and purpose.

Benjamin Foster obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Wofford College. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Emory University's Goizueta Business School in the years 2004 to 2005.
