Prior to this, Benjamin was the President of IMC Culture, a talent management and organizational effectiveness consulting division.

From 2016 to 2020, Benjamin worked as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Gulf Coast Division. Before that, they held the role of Director at ScottMadden, Inc., where they led a HR transformation project for a Fortune 100 healthcare company.

Benjamin's earlier experience includes their role as the Physical Distribution Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company from 2002 to 2006.
