Chris Dowling

Chris Dowling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sussex Cultivation LLC since April 2020, Chris is involved in a women-owned, family-run cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. As CEO and President of Nurses 24/7- LLC since December 2002, Chris manages day-to-day operations for a prominent healthcare staffing firm providing per diem and travel nurses across the Northeast, with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. Previously, Chris founded and served as President of Dow-Tech Associates from April 1987 to December 2002, specializing in the direct hire staffing of HVAC and energy professionals nationwide. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rowan University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
