David Bamlango

David Bamlango currently serves as Group Vice President, Deputy MD, and General Counsel at Trade and Development Bank Group since August 2017. In addition, David Bamlango is an Independent Director and Board Chair at Nuru, and serves on the Global Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel. David Bamlango is also a Non-Executive Director at Eastern and Southern African Trade Advisers Limited and the Trade and Development Fund. With prior experience as a Partner at DLA Piper and as Director at Congo Initiative, David Bamlango has a strong background in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I, and a Licence in Law from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
