David Han

Director, Experience Design at Nurun

David Han has extensive experience in the field of experience design and user experience (UX). David has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2002, David worked as a User Experience Designer at Quarry, where they collaborated with client product and technology teams to define business and user requirements for a web-based telephony application.

In 2005, they joined Critical Mass as a Senior Designer and later moved on to SapientNitro in 2007, where they served as a Senior Art Director. At SapientNitro, David led design projects for clients such as Scotia Bank, BMO, and Target.

In 2011, they became the Director of User Experience Design at Dashboard, working on projects for clients like Toronto Star and SportingLife.

David then joined Sun Life Financial in 2012 as a Manager of User Experience, leading the enterprise UX practice and supporting UX integration with marketing teams.

From 2014 to 2018, they worked at GALE Partners, initially as an Associate Creative Director and later as a Creative Director of Experience Design. David contributed to significant growth in the agency's creative team and fostered a culture of intrapreneurship.

In 2018, David joined Nurun as the Director of Experience Design, where they currently work.

Lastly, in 2020, they took on the role of Program Director for the UX Bootcamp at Miami Ad School Toronto.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated their expertise in UX strategy, design thinking, user research, and creative excellence while working with numerous clients across different industries.
