Caitlin Recker has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries. In 2011, they worked as a Forklift Operator at Uncle Bills Orchards for five years. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Design & Installation Specialist at Quality and Pride Construction. Later that year, they became a Research Assistant at Wooldridge Combustion Lab. In 2019, they simultaneously held roles as a Design Engineering Intern at AlphaUSA and as a Weightlifting Coach at Blue Lion Fitness until 2021. In 2021, they joined Wheels in Motion Bike Shop as a member of the Bicycle Service Department before moving to their current role as an Associate Mechanical Engineer at Nusano.

Caitlin Recker has an extensive education history. Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they attended from 2015 to 2020. Prior to their university education, Caitlin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Traverse City Central High School in 2015. Before attending Traverse City Central High School, they completed their earlier education at Walled Lake Northern High School. In addition to their academic achievements, Caitlin has also obtained several certifications related to their field. Caitlin earned certifications in "Fundamentals of GD&T 2009 2-day Certification," "GD&T Fundamentals based on ASME Y14.5-2009 Certification," and "Engineering Drawing Requirements Certification" from SAE International in 2019.
