Steve Yang

Steve Yang currently serves as the Director of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) at NuScale Power since April 2021. With over two decades of experience in the nuclear and engineering sectors, previous roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of V&V and Licensing at Doosan HF Controls Corporation, as well as managerial and consulting positions at notable organizations such as TerraPower LLC, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and AREVA NP. Steve holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Rice University and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at the Jack Welch Management Institute.
