Edward Floyd

Edward Floyd has more than 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Edward is currently working at NUSO as the NOC Manager, Cloud Operations. In this role, Edward provides guidance and troubleshooting for SIP hosted and PBX services. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at NUSO, where they provided direct customer and sales support for cloud services.
