Todd Bromfman

Todd is NUSO’s CFO and CAO. He is responsible for financial strategy, accounting, and compliance functions at NUSO. He has over 20 years of accounting and valuation experience, as well as merger and acquisition expertise. Prior to NUSO, Todd completed numerous complex valuations for both GAAP and tax purposes at Deloitte. He has completed over 100 transactions with enterprise values of more than $1 billion. He originally joined SoTel Systems in 2012 and has been instrumental in NUSO’s financial success since its founding. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Louis University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Washington University.
