Elif Yüceer

Elif Yüceer is a Food Safety Executive currently pursuing an Executive Development Program at Sabancı University. With a background in food engineering from Selçuk University and food technologies from İstanbul Aydın University, Elif has held several roles in the food safety sector. Their previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Sofra/Compass Group Türkiye and as an Integrated Service Manager at ISS A/S, where they ensured compliance with hygiene and quality standards. Most recently, Elif has taken on the role of Senior Food Safety Specialist at Nusr-Et, overseeing food safety inspections and systems across various restaurant brands.
