James Grier

James Grier has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. James started their career as a Diesel Technician in the United States Marine Corps in November 2010 and served until August 2014. In October 2014, they joined Nussbaum Transportation as a Diesel Technician and worked in that role until October 2018. James then moved up within the company and served as a Maintenance Coordinator from October 2018 to November 2019. Following this, they held the position of Shop Office Manager from November 2019 to January 2021, and then Fleet Service Manager from January 2021 to August 2021. James is currently serving as the Director of Fleet Service at Nussbaum Transportation, a position they assumed in August 2021.

James Grier completed their Associate's of Applied Science degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician from Illinois Central College from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, graduating in 2019.
