Rick Schmidt

Rick Schmidt has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Marketing Internship at Siouxperman Triathlon. Rick then worked at Dordt College as a Resident Assistant and in maintenance roles. In 2015, they joined Welsch Ready Mix in a logistics role. In 2016, they became a Driver Recruiter at Nussbaum Transportation before transitioning to roles in Human Resources and Safety. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR and Safety at Nussbaum Transportation.

Rick Schmidt attended Skyline High School from 2007 to 2011. Rick then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and HR management at Dordt University from 2011 to 2015.
