Naheed Faiz is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Head at NuSummit and has been self-employed as a Global Talent Partner since 2023. Previously, Naheed held various leadership roles in talent acquisition, including Senior Vice President at BNY Mellon, Head of Global Leadership Hiring at LTIMindtree, and Head of Recruitment at Atos India. With a solid foundation in recruitment from earlier positions at Barclays and Kanbay Software, Naheed also led India recruitment efforts for Capgemini Information and Technology Services. Naheed is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
