Michael Metres

Michael Metres is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of mRNA Manufacturing at Nutcracker Therapeutics since January 2023. Michael has held various leadership roles including Manager of Pilot Plant at Codexis, Inc. and Sr Supervisor of Drug Product at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services. Their extensive experience at Genentech involved managing aseptic filling operations and supervising bacterial fermentation processes. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Humboldt State University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
