Zuleima Cobos

Zuleima Cobos has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as Supervisor de compensaciones at NUTEC since March 2014, Zuleima oversees pre-payroll activities, manages personnel incidents, updates organizational structures, and handles employee vacations and final settlements. Previously, Zuleima held the position of Analista de RRHH, where responsibilities included implementing payroll system changes and recruiting unionized personnel. Zuleima began career involvement in human resources as a Practicante RH at Nutec Fibratec, where tasks encompassed managing employee records and conducting interviews. Zuleima holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and a Técnico en computación from Centros de Estudios Tecnológicos Industriales y de servicios.
